Delivery
Our cupcake towers are delivered to you pre-assembled and ONLY available for pickup at a prearranged venue. You must call or email beforehand to ensure availability.
Rental Policy
Fee and deposit information are due at the time of the reservation. When you make a reservation for a specific date that item becomes unavailable to others for said date therefore, cancellation of rental will result in forfeiture of the rental fee. The deposit will be returned in full.
*There is a 30 minute grace period before a second daily rental charge is applied.
Return Policy
We are closed on Sunday. When you rent a cupcake tower* on a Saturday you must return it by NOON on Monday. Return of rented towers on the following day after 1:00 p.m. will be charged another day's rental and deducted from customer's first deposit.
All rented towers must be self-return by the customer. It is our responsibility to ensure our products for rental are in good condition, but we advise our customers to check before they rent.
*Cupcake Towers returned damaged will forfeit the deposit.
Use Policy
We recommend to light candles on the top tier ONLY as lighting candles on cupcakes placed below the top tier can melt the plastic tiers above.
