To avoid a delivery charge, you may pick up your order at a prearranged venue.
If you desire a delivery to the Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, or Youngtown area the delivery charge will be $5.00. To Moon Valley, Deer Valley and Paradise Valley areas, the delivery charge will be $8.00 during weekdays, and $5.00 weekends.
Other areas will require an additional charge.
